Western Digital SiliconDrive Series

The SiliconDrive Series is Western Digital's first generation of solid state storage options that are designed to require low power.  The series features Western Digital's PowerArmor technology which reduces the chance of drive failures as well as SolidStor technology which provides high performance and reliability.

  It also utilizes SiSMART which monitors the usage and predicts the remaining life.  The SiliconDrive Series comprises a variety of drives including a 2.5" PATA, two Compact Flash, and PC Card solid state storage options.  The series comes with a 5 year limited warranty from Western Digital.
