In regards to internal storage, the unit is limited to only one SATA interface, but hosts USB/eSATA ports for storage expansion. Once connected via either Gigabit LAN or WiFi (optional), users can listen to iTunes, maintain surveillance with an IP webcam, host a bit-torrent server, or perform a one-touch backup of all externally connected storage devices. It’s especially geared for non-technical users; therefore, server administration can be managed through a web-based interface available from any OS console.
