OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2

The OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 is a Solid State Drive that builds upon it's predecessor, the RevoDrive X2, by doubling its performance and adding TRIM support to eliminate extraneous, unused data. Adopting PCIe x4 cards rather than the earlier models' less costly PCI-X RAID, the RevoDrive 3 X2 features up to 4 SandForce SF-2200 controllers and RAID o for vastly improved performance speed and allowance of SMART support for the anticipation of drive failure.

Available in various capacities ranging from 240 GB to 960 GB, the 3 X2 is capable of up to 1.5 GB/s reads and 1.2 GB/s write (using highly compressible data) and is quoting up to 200,000 4KB random write IOPS.
