Netgear ReadyNAS Ultra 6

The Netgear ReadyNAS Ultra 6 is a network attached storage device with six hard drive bays. It is available either diskless, or with three two-terabyte drives preinstalled. With two gigabit ethernet ports and RAID 0,1,5,6 capability it has over 90 MBps throughput.

Like the other ReadyNAS Ultra storage devices, it has three USB ports for connecting peripherals such as printer servers, and 1GB DDR2 RAM. The ReadyNAS Ultra 6 ups the Ultra 4 with a dual-core processor and added RAID 6 capability. Like the other ReadyNAS Ultra, it can stream media to TiVo boxes, mobile devices using Orb with on-the-fly transcoding, and DLNA devices.
