Also included is a built-in Blu-ray/DVD writer, which can be used to back up or export data from the NAS. This product is DLNA protocol compliant; therefore media stored on the N2B1DD1 can be viewed on DLNA certified players. Internet-based access is also built-in, allowing files to be retrieved from virtually anywhere in the world. Multiple user accounts with security are supported for restricting unauthorized use. The LG N2B1DD1 is compatible with Windows, Linux and Mac platforms.
