LaCie Silver CooKey

The LaCie Silver CooKey is a mid-cost USB drive available in a 4GB capacity. One of the features of this USB drive emphasized in promotion is the fact that it can fit on a keychain (its dimensions are just 2.2" x 1" x 0.1").

The unique key shape of this drive is part of what differentiates it from the lower cost XtremKey model (which is promoted as a rugged outdoor USB drive, rather than a nice-looking one). The Silver CooKey is silvered in France by Christofle, a highly respected name in the silver industry. Another difference between this model and the XtremKey is that this model's 480Mb/s data transfer rate is higher than the XtremKey, which tops out at 320Mb/s. The Silver CooKey's USB 2.0 interface is compatible with both USB 1.1 and 3.0, and can be used with both Windows and Mac systems.
