Flash drives, external hard drives, printers and cameras can be configured to function as network share devices, offering remote file access for true user convenience. All major operating system platforms are supported including Windows, OS X and Linux, with native support for Mac's Time Machine software backup client. Gigabit ethernet connectivity iso also available, further increasing the LaPlug's sharing capabilities. Automatic backups can be configured for further file safety and security, configurable via the LaCie File Browser that appears each time a device is connected to the LaPlug. A two-year manufacturer warranty is included with purchase.
