Kingston SSDNow Vplus Series

The Kingston SSDNow V+ Series are affordable solid state drives for users that want a reasonably fast storage media. This is a follow-up to the original V Series, but with larger storage capacities. They connect to a standard SATA II connection and fit into a 2.5in hard drive slot.

The maximum read speed is at 230MB/s, and the maximum write is 180MB/s. They use 10 parallel channel architecture, and S.M.A.R.T to detect when the drive may be failing.

Model Variations

The Kingston SSDNow M Series is available in two storage capacities: 64GB, 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
