The SSDNow V100 has Windows 7 TRIM support, which means that this SSD will have an enhanced performance with less strain put on the drive. The advanced NAND Flash technology makes for increased read and write performance. The SSDNow V100 comes with a controller for operating the reading and writing functions. The SSDNow V100 comes as either a stand-alone unit or as an upgrade bundle kit. The desktop bundle kit comes with cloning software, SATA data cable, power cable, and 3.5″ hard-drive mounting brackets and hardware. The notebook bundle kit comes with cloning software and a 2.5″ external enclosure allowing the replaced hard drive to be used as extra storage. The Kingston SSDNow V100 comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB versions.
