Corsair Flash Voyager
$180.00
Released July, 2004
The Pros:Solid. Good rubber casing. Ok pricing.
The Corsair Flash Voyager is a USB flash drive released as a precursor to the Flash Survivor. It lacks its superior sibling’s extremely rugged enclosure, and instead relies on a durable rubber housing.

It’s still supposed to handle a tremendous deal of abuse, but critics recommend the Voyager only for customers certain that their “flash drive will not see this kind of abuse.” Like its sibling, the Voyager retails in sizes up to 64GB. Plus the Voyager offers data transfer rates of up to 33MB/s read and 16MB/s write. Additional features include backwards compatibility with USB 1.1 and, more importantly, compatibility with all major operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and Linux.
Additional Information
The Flash Survivor is one of four similar models: Flash Survivor, Flash Survivor GT, Flash Voyager, and Flash Voyager GT.
